Due to the nature of our items (fresh desserts and cakes), our return policy is designed to uphold hygiene and quality standards:
· We do not accept returns after the order has been received, in order to maintain product safety and quality.
· If you receive an incorrect order (a different item than requested) or a product with a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via the Help Center or by phone.
· Once the issue is verified, we will either:
o Replace the product with the correct/similar item, or
o Issue a store credit voucher for the value of the product to be used in a future purchase.
· Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun.
· We recommend checking your order upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.
